ST DAVID’S Foundation’s chief executive is in the running for an industry award in recognition of her dedication to the charity.
Emma Saysell is on the short list for a HR Excellence Award in the most focused CEO category.
The awards recognise excellence in people strategy and people management, acknowledging companies and organisations leading the way in areas such as motivation, employee engagement, health and wellbeing.
Mrs Saysell said: “I am honoured to have been short listed for such a prestigious award which is testament to the work we are carrying out here at St David’s Foundation.”
Sian Harrington, HR Magazine editor said: “Emma Saysell is a finalist for our prestigious Most People Focused CEO (public sector) award precisely because she displays these characteristics: inspiring her employees, gaining their faith and confidence, and running her organisation on sound, moral principles.”
The winners will be announced at the end of the month.
