A CAR wash service with a difference will be coming to Risca this Saturday in aid of charity.
The Argus previously reported that around 15 men and women which include local policemen, firefighters, postmen and members of Risca RFC’s gym will be wearing minimal clothing during the charity car wash in the Tesco car park which will raise funds for muscular illness charity, Action Duchenne.
The event has been organised by Joanne Parsons, 42, of Risca, whose six-year-old nephew Aaron Stephens was diagnosed with Duchenne’s Muscular Dystrophy in 2008, a genetic condition which causes muscle weakness.
The car wash will be held from 10am until 2pm.
