THREE people have been taken to hospital following a house fire in Tredegar.
South Wales Fire and Rescue Service said crews were called to a detached house on Arches Close, in the Dukestown area of Tredegar, at 12.18pm today.
The fire was in the first floor bedroom and attic space.
Crews from Ebbw Vale and Tredegar used four breathing apparatus, a hose reel jet, a main jet, a safety jet and a thermal imaging camera to tackle the blaze.
Two men and one woman have been taken to hospital for precautionary checks.
