A 82-YEAR-OLD woman died after she suffered fatal injuries when her car crashed in a Monmouthshire village, police said today.
The woman, who Inspector Talbot Thrush said was local to the area, was driving a Land Rover when her car crashed in Llanthony, near Abergavenny.
No other vehicles were involved in the accident which took place at around 4.20pm yesterday, Insp Thrush said.
