STEAMING JUBILEE: Blaenavon Heritage Railway will be having a bank holiday weekend of fun
WITH summer finally seeming to have arrived, Blaenavon’s Heritage Railway is looking forward to a bank holiday weekend of fun from June 2 to June 5.
A family fun weekend will be held from June 2 to June 4, including games, quizzes, animals from Greenmeadow Community Farm and, of course, steam trains.
To mark the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee on June 5, a street party will take place in the tea rooms at Furnance Sidings.
All weekend trains will be serving both Big Pit and Blaenavon.
