Gwalia Care and Support has moved into new offices in Cwmbran.
The not-profit organisation, part of Grwp Gwalia a leading care, housing and support provider, provides advice and support to a variety of client groups including those who are homeless. It has moved from Mamhilad in Pontypool into 1,808 sq ft offices in Brecon House, the multi-tenant office complex on Llantarnam Park.
Gwalia has taken a five year lease at Brecon House, at a rental of £10 per sq ft and landlord Lear Investments was advised on the deal by Knight Frank and Jenkins Best.
Dafydd Davies, project leader at Gwalia Care and Support, said: “We looked at a number of offices but chose Brecon House for its modern appearance, accessibility for clients, car parking and facilities.”
Mark Sutton associate at Knight Frank said: “Gwalia has taken up an excellent front office suite in this popular building, reflecting the demand for good quality, cost-effective office space. Brecon House offers companies the opportunity to secure air conditioned office suites with excellent on site facilities and ample parking.
Henry Best, of Jenkins Best, said: “Brecon House is popular with occupiers and there are self-contained office suites available from 1,200 sq ft to 4,500 sq ft.”
