Cwmbran-based accountancy firm Green & Co has appointed two new trainee accountants.
Scott Harris and Greg Stephens join as the firm, which is celebrating its 20th year in business, is undergoing rapid expansion after another successful year.
Scott arrives at Green & Co with a background in industry before embarking on his AATs. He will attend University of South Wales, Newport campus alongside his position in order to obtain his ACCA qualifications.
Greg graduated from Cardiff Metropolitan University last year with a 2.1 BA (Hons) in accounting, and will also return to University of South Wales, Newport campus to obtain his ACCA qualifications.
Ed Gooderham, director at Green & Co, said: “We are thrilled to have Greg and Scott as the newest additions to our team. We are committed to providing training roles for the next generation of accountants which is an important step in getting young passionate people into the industry. We hope to continue to grow the practice year on year.”
The trainee accountants will work towards a full Association of Chartered Certified Accountants qualification during their time at Green & Co.
