A letting agent with branches across South Wales aims to improve how satisfied its customers are after hiring an agency to help it analyse and improve the experience that it currently provides.
Pinnacle Letting Agency, founded in 1997, has branches in Newport, Cardiff and Treforest.
It was recently recognised as The Times’ Best Lettings Property Management Company for 2013 but its management still sees improving the customer experience as a priority.
The company it has commissioned to work with it on customer experience initiatives is Abertillery-based Seiri, which was launched last year by James Koash, a 23-year-old graduate with experience across a variety of sectors.
Wyn Griffiths, the operations director for Pinnacle, said: “At Pinnacle we’re really excited to work with James. It’s really important to find out what our tenants think of us. At the end of the day we really need to focus on the bits that we need to improve even more.”
Along with Glyn Trott, who serves as managing director for Pinnacle, Wyn is one of the founders of the company. In recent years the business has expanded into providing software for other letting agents, through a partner business called LetMC.
