Purnells, Newport's only licensed firm of insolvency practitioners, has moved its operations from Gold Tops to Waterside Court, Albany Street, Newport, with offices overlooking the River Usk.
Managing director Suzi Purnell said: “I am extremely pleased with our new offices at Waterside Court. Our outlook has completely changed as we are now located on the banks of the River Usk. We are also near to the M4 and therefore, easy to access and have enough parking for 14 vehicles. We've settled in really quickly and it fits our operations perfectly”.
Suzi initially started working for her father, Ray, at Purnells in 1991 and quickly qualified as both an accountant and insolvency practitioner.
Suzi said: “Ray slowly started to take a back seat with the Newport business in 2004 and retired completely in 2009, at which time I officially took over. The move also co-insides with my five-year anniversary of officially running the company, although the business has been running for more than 20 years.”
Purnells provides advice and acts in all types of insolvency processes including creditors voluntary liquidations; compulsory liquidations; administrations; voluntary arrangements; and bankruptcy.
