South Wales law firm Gabb and Co has appointed three associate solicitors to its busy commercial teams.
Ccommercial property lawyer Matthew Price has been promoted to associate after four years at the firm.
Joining him in the commercial property team is former Loosemores solicitor Nigel Flanagan who returns to Wales after practising in Cornwall and Gloucestershire. Employment and HR specialist Rachel Stephens is the latest addition to the employment law team.
Gabb and Co, which has offices in Abergavenny and Crickhowell, was founded in 1760 and is the oldest firm in Wales. As specialists in commercial areas of law as well as in private client work, the firm’s lawyers advise individuals and businesses in relation to property, employment, tax planning, trusts and estates, company and commercial, and litigation.
David Lloyd, the firm’s senior partner, said: “We are enjoying a period of strategic growth during which we have successfully built on our existing client base in Wales and reached further into other parts of the UK. Our latest appointments are key to the firm’s plans for the future and we are delighted to have secured these talented associates.”
