The site, in the city’s Clarence Place, was formerly Italian brasserie Rossini’s and according to Christie + Co’s Sophia Sangchi the premises could lend itself to a variety of different offerings.

A new lease for the unit, which offers around 1,700 square feet of floor space, is available at an initial rent of £18,000 per annum.
