One of the UK's leading health, safety and environmental consultancies has moved from Newport to Cwmbran as part of an expansion programme which will see it create 10 new jobs.
OHS has taken a five year lease on the 1,237 sq ft Suite 6 of Brecon House, Llantarnam Park, at a rent of £9 per sq ft.
It is one of two companies which have recently moved into the Brecon House office building.
The other business isEvolve Aesthetics Ltd.
Evolve is leasing the 1,176 sq ft Suite 2 on the ground floor on a five year lease at a rental rising to £10.00 per sq ft. It is opening the Evolve Clinic, providing aesthetic treatments.
Evolve partner Caroline Barnes said: “Brecon House provides the perfect location for our clinic, just off the M4 and with privacy, on-site parking, and a modern, attractive environment.”
Acting on behalf of landlord Lear Investments, property consultants Knight Frank and Jenkins Best secured the lettings in the multi-tenant office complex.
Mark Sutton, associate at Knight Frank, said: “Brecon House continues to be an attractive option to occupiers and these twin deals show the continuing demand for well-located, good quality office space at a sensible rent.”
Henry Best, of Jenkins Best, said: “Brecon House offers small, high growth companies and established businesses the opportunity to secure self-contained air conditioned office suites from 1,500 sq ft to 4,500 sq ft, with excellent on site facilities and ample parking.”
