BBC Wales economic correspondent and presenter Sarah Dickens is the guest speaker at Torfaen’s business community at Cwmbran Stadium on Wednesday, May 6.
Ms Dickens, who is also a successful business owner in her own right, is the key speaker at the Torfaen Business Show, and will discuss her extensive experience covering business in Wales over the last 20 years.
The Torfaen Business Show is Torfaen’s first business exhibition and is free to attend for local businesses.
There is a full programme of events, allowing attendees to network with others in the Torfaen business community and hear from a number of other influential speakers.
There will also be stands where local businesses will be showcasing their services.
Dennis Ricketts, chairman of Torfaen Business Voice, said: “This is an excellent opportunity for businesses in Torfaen to network, make new connections and hear from some fantastic speakers.
“This is the first event of its kind in Torfaen and I hope that the business community will come together to support it.”
The business exhibition takes place at Cwmbran Stadium on Wednesday, May 6 from 7.45am to 1pm.
Entry to the exhibition is free, however, booking is essential.
