A Blackwood-based business is hoping to change the way people integrate with their homes and in doing so take control of the home technology market.
Controlwise Custom Installations Ltd, based in Pontllanfraith, designs, supplies and installs home entertainment networks, multi-room audio systems, lighting controls, integrated security systems and home cinema set-ups.
The business is run by three brothers - Stuart, Ian and Hywel Jones. The team recently received a grant from the Welsh Assembly Government, which Caerphilly County Borough Council supported with a Business Planning Grant. The business has also received a council marketing and e-commerce grant to help develop their website while also getting funding from Natwest and Finance Wales.
