Law firm Leo Abse & Cohen has appointed a senior commercial litigation lawyer within its business services department.
James Rudall will head up a team to help build and develop the firm's client base across south Wales. He has nine years experience and has worked for a number of high-profile firms including Eversheds.
James will be introducing a series of seminars concerning corporate litigation. The first one, in partnership with the Chartered Management Institute and Chartered Institute of Marketing will take place on the January 15, 2008 at the University of Wales, Newport's Business School and will look at The Unfair Commercial Practices Act.
