Award-winning architects and urban planners Powell Dobson has expanded its Urbanists division with the appointment of a planning manager.
Lloyd Jones, 29, from Newport, has seven years experience in planning and design, and joins Powell Dobson Urbanists from Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council where he worked as a planning officer. He has also worked at Rhondda Cynon Taff County Borough Council and Gloucestershire Local Skills Council.
