King Sturge has been appointed principal property adviser to Thomas Cook UK & Ireland for its UK retail portfolio, including 31 stores in South Wales which make up the travel company's highest regional concentration of properties. Three are in Newport.
King Sturge will also provide property management services, and building consultancy when required.

We are well acquainted with the business, having recently acquired Leslie Furness, which had advised Thomas Cook for the past nine years. We can now deliver a full range of services across the UK which is a key consideration for our new client."
Thomas Cook operates 812 retail units including 120 bureaus de change across the UK and throughout Ireland.
