Cwmbran-based meat suppliers Willis Butchers and Croesllan Catering has recently undergone a total rebrand to emphasise the complete nature of the family-run business.
Currently known as Croesllan Catering to the trade and Willis Butchers at its two retail outlets - situated at the Parade Shopping Centre and Llanyravon Square, Cwmbran - both sides of the business will now come under the banner of Douglas Willis, providing a more distinct identity and allowing fuller recognition of the strong family heritage.
As farmers, butchers and suppliers of quality meat, the new brand pays tribute to its founder who, at the age of 82, still plays an active role in the day-to-day running, along with son, David and grandsons, Sean and Peter Willis.
Established more than 60 years ago, the company sources much of the meat sold in its shops from the two family farms, at North Fleet and Cefn Mawr.
The business, which annually turns over in the region of £6.5m, supplies a range of venues from small city centre cafes to pubs, hotels and restaurants.
