Eddie Murphy when he was funny in the 80's.

What is your biggest fear?

Having survived cancer, fear is not a word in my venacular, nor is it a burden that I carry that hinders me living my life anymore. That's not to say I wouldn't be scared if was stuck in a cage with a hungry lion, I'm not crazy.

Do you have any superstitions?

I believe in a Newtonian kind of universal balance for our actions, so I try to think good things, say good things and do good things.

If you could only listen to one song for the rest of your life, what would it be and why?

Albatross by Fleetwood Mac because of it reminds of blissfully floating on my back in the sea in Waikiki Beach.

What is the most expensive thing you’ve bought, not including property?

I seem to be emptying the contents of my wallet a lot in Sytner BMW in Newport theses days so probably my wife and I's cars.

What is the best piece of advice you’ve been given?

I like the Socrates quote ''The only true wisdom is in knowing you know nothing'', I love learning and it's a mantra for the avoidance of complacency and arrogance.

What is your indulgence?

I don't drink and I don't smoke and I don't do drugs so it has to be chocolate.

What item could you not live without?

My guitar, without it I cannot balance out the maelstrom of stuff that goes on in my brain.

If you could change one thing about yourself, what would it be?

Mrs Thomas would say 'bottom implants' but I would say the ability to control what comes out of my mouth sometimes.

Where are you next going on holiday?

Bali in Indonesia
