If you had to be stuck in a lift with someone, who would it be and why?

Probably Bruce Willis. This man is the king of lift escape.

What is your biggest fear?

Needles and John Lewis.

Do you have any superstitions?

I wore the same t-shirt to the pub for every Liverpool game when we won the Champions League. Does that count?

If you could have one song on your iPod, what would it be and why?

Oh come on, I run a record shop! This is hard! I’ll go for ‘Oh Comely’ by Neutral Milk Hotel. I could listen to that song forever.

What's the most expensive thing you've bought not including your property?

Sadly, it’s my 12 month train ticket from Cardiff to Newport. It was nearly 800 quid. Everything else I own costs £20 or less.

What is the best piece of advice you've been given?

‘Never regret anything that makes you smile’. Also, ‘Play the way you’re facing’, works best in football but it’s highly adaptable.

What's your indulgence?

Music. I’d go slightly crazy without music. And cheese. I really like cheese.

What item could you not live without?

If someone invented a frying pan with an iPod in the handle, that.

If you could change one thing about yourself, what would it be and why?

I’ve got a wonky nose and crooked teeth but they’re fine. They add character.

Where are you next going on holiday?

Hopefully Milwaukee to visit a friend of mine. I’m rubbish at saving though.
