NORMALLY, I write to your columns regarding political matters, but on November 7, I had the very good fortune of being at the rebirth of the magnificent new Lysaght’s Institute. Surely everyone concerned must be due for a medal for what has been achieved and I urge everyone to realise the minor miracle that there is within the shadow of our magnificent new Usk Bridge – architecturally, they deserve one another.
