I READ with interest Hugh Roberts’ letter in today’s Argus (Jan 25). I was completely unaware that he had written and offered a solution to the matter [dog fouling]. We, the caring residents of Usk, would be very grateful if he would forward two copies, one to me, and one to Usk council. I and some colleagues are forming a committee to deal with this problem and we obviously need all the help we can get. So please, Mr Roberts, get in touch with us with your ideas and proposals. Maybe then we can eradicate this filthy obnoxious practice once and for all.
