FOLLOWING the revelations concerning the eye watering amounts of public money paid to failed, incompetent executives who leave, sanctioned by equally inept senior management of the BBC, (but unknown to the chairman), should it be renamed The British Broadcasting Cashpoint?
It seems that malversation and ‘The old Pals’ clubs are endemic in banks, the NHS, GS4, national and now local government where it seems that public money, our money, is fair game for pilfering.
The length of time that some of them have been in post, they have hardly had time to arrange the (free) pens and pencils on their desks. It seems it was a case of sign the contract, arrange a time to leave.
