WHY were Torfaen Borough and Community Councils allowing the distribution of threatening leaflets at Pontypool Carnival?
I was handed a “God Save the Queen” tract from a member of the Torfaen Gospel Partnership (published by the Sharon Full Gospel Church) which informed me (an atheist) that I will suffer the pain of eternal judgement and suffer the pain of eternal punishment for my treason in not believing in Jesus, the King of Kings.
The threat of violence against me and other non-Christians (Sikhs, Jains, Jews, Muslims, Pagans, etc) is totally obnoxious in that it promotes hatred and intolerance. I dare say Torfaen Council have a policy on equality and human rights? This is hardly promoting community harmony at a Sunday family event, is it?
