ABOUT ten months ago, I looked around the flats at the old Art College I remarked to the lady on the desk that they looked fabulous (they really have done a good job) and the prices seem competitive.
If they were in Bristol or Bath there would be a queue around the block but step outside the front door and reality hits your straight in the face. The reason why people chose to live in city centres is the shopping and nightlife that is on your doorstep. As for Newport, you might as well built the flats on the moon.
