WITH reference to your editorial “inmigration... Euro Poll”. I note that Ms Bryant states that Europe is vital for the future prosperity of Wales. Perhaps, as a prospective candidate, who I assume lives in Newport; she should consider the similarity between Gwent and Wales, and Avana Bakeries in Newport, both apparently relying on one main source of prosperity. With Avana Bakeries their prospects do not look too healthy. Sadly but With a lot of diversity in Wales as a whole, we need not be so concerned with the European Union. As regards to the immigration issue, without the benefit tourists we would have more to spend on our own people. Therefore being out of the EU might be better and not worse for us.
