I HAVE just received my new small rubbish bin replacing my larger one.

On inspection I found that the lid does not close properly allowing in water and in the summer a host of flies. I complained to the council and their staggering reply was “this is a common fault, put a heavy object it”.

I am sure if elderly people wish to lift heavy objects every day it would be safer to join their local gym. I would love to meet the genius who thought up this one up.
