HOW sad was the passing of a great man Mr. Tony Benn, he was a real man of principal, incredibly well-educated and the best leader the Labour party never had.

I went to see him at a questions and answer evening a couple of years ago and he was so impressive answering every question and giving reasons for his opinions.

Tony you will be sadly missed by millions around the globe as you were truly a man of the people, supporting hundreds of causes in many country.

I cannot think of a present day politician that comes anywhere close to you Tony, rest in peace.
