IN reply to Cllr Kirby. Councillors who voted for the living wage will have to face the electorate come election time, to justify their deeds. If I was to stand in the next council election, the living wage and council cuts would be the spine of my campaign. I have been surprised at the positive response to my living wage letters. They can’t understand why councillors are happy to spend their hard earned money in a free and easy way.
