Thank you all

AS A RESULT of an anomaly picked up on a scan ordered by Dr Flood-Page, Respiratory Consultant at the Royal Gwent Hospital, my mother had to attend the Breast Clinic at the hospital for further investigation. 
She had a consultation, mammogram, scan and biopsy all done in one afternoon, and received the results within 3 working days (thankfully ok). The efficiency of the service she received was second to none and everyone who she came into contact with from the reception staff, nurses, radiographer, doctors and others were superb, kind and professional. The fact that she didn’t have to wait for weeks for results and was informed of what was going on every step of the way made a worrying time much less stressful for her and the family. Thank you all.
