I HAVE to say I don’t normally write letters such as this but felt compelled to do so due to all the restlessness, war and hatred we all have to see and hear about in the press on a daily basis.
This might seem to some as insignificant but it made me think and say to myself “Thank God for the innocence of youth”. Let me explain.
Whilst at Cefn Mably Farm with my wife and my 23-month-old grandson, after walking around the lovely farm we decided to take him indoors to play in the soft play area. This is something he is really keen on doing. Whilst he was enjoying himself my wife and I sat back and watched intently as my grandson joined in the fun with other youngsters in the area.
He didn’t care about race or gender but just enjoyed laughing and joking with all the other children.
Perhaps we should all take a leaf out of their book and reflect on what life should really be like.
