PANTEG have won the Gwalia Welsh Cup for the first time after crushing Llandudno by nine wickets at the Swalec Stadium.
The leaders of the Glamorgan and Monmouthshire League, Division One produced a fine performance to win silverware in Cardiff.
They bowled out Llandudno, runaway leaders of the North Wales Premier League and runners-up in the tournament in 2011 and 2012, for just 123.
And Panteg chased down the target with ease, losing one wicket with Carwyn James winning man of the match for his unbeaten 61.
After toasting their victory Panteg will turn their attention to finishing the job in the league and securing a place in the South Wales Premier League.
