TILLERY Combat MMA have had a busy few weeks with several members competing.
Jack Marshman travelled to Doncaster to fight for the UCFC British title but lost a very close decision.
Next the team travelled to Cheltenham to compete on the Ultimate Impact MMA event.
Ben Phillips and Dai Cray both lost but Ryan Legge put in a great performance to win against a very tough opponent via armbar in the second round.
The final event of the month saw seven of the team compete at Wales' premier MMA event Pain Pit Fight Night.
Adam Wells, Tom Karpinski, Ben Phillips, Ryan Marshall all lost but there were great wins for Jamie
Rees, Jamey Law and Josh Reed, who was making his professional debut.
On September 14 Marshman will be fighting at BAMMA in Birmingham and three of the team visit the Motorpoint Arena in Cardiff to fight on the Cage Warriors Fighting Championships, which is
Europes biggest event.
Kris Edwards is fighting for the world title having replaced his teammate Martin McDonogh who was originally up for the title but has been injured.
