THE MILLENNIUM Stadium could witness the X factor on Saturday after Wales defence coach Shaun Edwards hailed the game-breaking qualities of Newport Gwent Dragons teenager Hallam Amos.
The 19-year-old has been called-up to train with the autumn series squad along with fellow Dragons wing/full-back Tom Prydie.
Wales boss Warren Gatland has a raft of injury headaches in the three-quarters after Jonathan Davies and Liam Williams joined Jamie Roberts and Alex Cuthbert on the sidelines following the bruising autumn opener against South Africa.
If Williams, who was forced off after a blow to the head, fails to recover for Saturday's Test against Argentina then the two Dragons speedsters will come into the mix for the matchday squad.
Amos, a first year medical student at Cardiff University, is in his second full season with the region.
He has produced a number of eye-catching performances for both the Dragons and Wales Under-20s at the Junior World Championships.
His regional coaches have often stated that it's just a matter of time before Amos is capped and the Wales defence coach is also a fan.
"Hallam Amos has an X factor," said Edwards. "He has got an ability to break a line, good footwork and a fair turn of speed.
"(Assistant coach) Rob Howley has watched him more times than me and speaks very highly of him."
Prydie, 21, is no stranger to the international set-up having been handed a debut by head coach Gatland in 2010.
His Wales career stalled when opportunities dried up at the Ospreys but a move to the Dragons in the summer of 2012 reignited the Porthcawl native's Test hopes.
Prydie won the last of his five caps against Japan in June and Edwards was pleased with what he saw in the Far East.
He said: "Tom has been with us before and I was very impressed with him on the Japan tour. He has matured a lot and is benefitting from getting regular first team rugby."
