LANGSTONE Primary School under-11s rugby team will fulfil every Welsh school pupil’s dream tomorrow afternoon when they play at the Millennium Stadium in Cardiff.
Langstone represented Newport in an all-Wales tournament last week in Dunvant, Swansea.
They faced many determined teams from all over Wales but won their group very convincingly.
They then proceeded through the knockout stages and continued to win all of their games. In the semi-finals they faced a talented team from a school in Neath but Langstone secured a win in the last play of the game.
This means that Langstone have made it to the final of the Western Mail cup against Pontyclun Primary school which will be played in the Millennium Stadium tomorrow at 1pm.
