PONTYPOOL will give an update on their bid to get the green light for promotion when they hold a supporters evening.
Pooler will need to earn a Welsh Rugby Union A licence and finish on top of the Swalec Championship if they are to return to the top flight.
Chief executive officer Peter Jeffreys and corporate director Ben Jeffreys will answer questions at an event at the Parkway Hotel in Cwmbran on Wednesday, August 6 (7pm start).
New director of rugby Alun Carter, who has taken over the reins following the departure of head coach Mike Hook to Bridgend, will also give a presentation.
"We are very much looking forward to meeting with our supporters to learn of their
thoughts as we enter a very exciting season for the club," said Ben Jeffreys.
"The club has obviously been through a lot over the last few seasons and whilst we are delighted with the progress that has been made both on and off the field, we appreciate that none of this would have been possible without the commitment of Pooler's loyal supporters.
"With the club now in a very stable position and with us looking to grow further, it is important that we continue to progress with the views of our supporters firmly in mind."
The evening is free of charge and it is planned that it will run until 8.30pm.
Those wishing to attend should email ben.jeffreys@pontypoolrugby.co.uk before 5pm on Monday, August 4.
