FOUR Tredegar Town players were in the Boys' Club of Wales team that beat their Scottish counterparts 3-1 at Afan Lido.
One of the boys, striker Jack Cullinane, aged 18, from Ebbw Vale, also scored two of the goals.
With Cullinane in the Wales team were club teammates Jake Forsyth, 17, a central defender from Fochriw, Macaulay Tuffin, 17, from New Tredegar, and Elliott Jones, 18, a full back from Ebbw Vale. All four boys started the match.
Forsyth, Cullinine and Tuffin have been regulars this season for Welsh League Division Three side Tredegar Town, for whom Jones has also appeared.
