NEWPORT County AFC have confirmed the appointment of Damien Broad as the club's new academy manager.
Broad has been appointed from within the club ranks after a lengthy spell as under-18 coach, Foundation Phase lead and recently temporary academy manager following the resignation of Jorden Gibson earlier this season.
The 29-year-old's previous experience includes spells at other club academies, including Manchester City, Arsenal, Cardiff City and Bristol City.

Gibson resigned in September following an internal investigation into his conduct.
