CROSS Keys went down to defeat at Cardiff but it was a spirited performance by the Pandy Park outfit.
Keys scored three tries to Cardiff's two but were denied by a pair of penalties from fly-half Craig Evans.
Tries from Owen Williams, Lloyd Burns and Gareth Williams had put the visitors 19-10 up but the Blue and Blacks came firing back to secure a win that moves them up to second in the table.
