DRAGONS will face off with former English Premiership champions Wasps in a pre-season fixture it has been confirmed.
The game will take place at Rodney Parade on September 2, ahead of the 2022/23 season.
The game will be Dragons’ second friendly confirmed so far.
The fixture will follow Dragons opening pre-season game against Bristol Bears at Rodney Parade, scheduled for the previous week.
Information on how to secure tickets to the pre-season games is to be released soon.
Dragons last faced Wasps in pre-season last year where the Newport side claimed a 31-24 victory at the Ricoh Arena.

After a season where Dragons Under-18s were crowned Regional Age Grade champions, the next wave of youth players have now committed to their futures.
Centre Harri Ackerman, scrum half Zak Roberts, outside half Sam Berry, wing Walker Price and prop Jordan Morris have all agreed Academy contracts for the first time.
Ackerman, Berry and Price were recently part of the Wales squad in the U18s Men’s Six Nations Festival in France.
