WALES will play Australia at the Millennium Stadium this autumn as part of the Invesco Perpetual Series, the Welsh Rugby Union has just announced.

The Grand Slam winners will now host the Aussies, World Cup winners South Africa, the All Blacks and Canada in Cardiff this November.

The Wallabies match will celebrate 100 years of Test rugby against Australia with the game taking place on Saturday, November 29.

The autumn series kicks off with Wales' clash against South Africa on Saturday, November 8 at 2.30pm.

They take on Canada the following Friday night at 7.30pm on November 14.

Wales then take on New Zealand on Saturday, November 22, at 5.15pm before taking on the Aussies a week later with the kick off time to be confirmed.

Wales head coach Warren Gatland said: "I am delighted that in one great month of rugby we now have the prospect of testing ourselves against all the best of the southern hemisphere teams.

"South Africa, New Zealand and Australia are all World Cup winners so it will be an important milestone in our progression towards the 2011 World Cup."

Tickets for the three games against South Africa, New Zealand and Australia will be held at the prices set for the 2008 RBS Six Nations internationals in Cardiff.

For the Canada international tickets will be available from £10 for Welsh rugby's junior supporters and at £15 and £25 for adults.

Welsh Rugby Union clubs will receive their allocation for all four matches later today and fans are advised to contact local clubs to be able to buy advance tickets.

Later in the summer any unclaimed tickets could be released for public sale, details of which will be on the WRU website www.wru.co.uk
