FOOTBALL fans wanting to buy the Wales away strip will have to wait until just two days before the World Cup final - and their team may already be already back home.
Officials suppliers say demand for replica shirts to match the kits of hero players Gareth Bale and Aaron Ramsay has outstripped supply.
And supporters wanting to order the "game-ready" white away shirt with green and red trim with the official suppliers JD Sports face a wait of until December 16 - just before the final in Qatar.
Wales' last group game on November 29 against England - and there is a chance the team will be back home before the kits arrive.
Alternatively, if Rob Page's team pull off the unexpected and beat odds of around 50/1, fans could be pulling on their new shirts just in time to support them in the final.
Fans were irate at missing out on the £65 away kit in time for the big kick off next week in Doha.
Fan Aled Mullin, 27, said: "This is ridiculous - why didn't they get enough made in time.
"Everyone knows how passionate us Welsh are about our team. We will only be able to wear it now if Wales reach the final - we'll have to pray hard for that."
The shirt's description on the JD sports website reads: "THIS ITEM IS AVAILABLE FOR PRE ORDER WITH AN EXPECTED RELEASE DATE OF 16TH DECEMBER.
"Back your side in this men's Wales 2022 Away Shirt from adidas. Coming in a White colourway, this slim-fit shirt is made with smooth, durable recycled poly fabric for essential comfort.
"It's crafted with sweat-wicking AEROREADY tech and has breathable mesh inserts for cool wear, and features a V-neckline and short sleeves for a game-ready look.
"With a droptail hem to keep you covered, it's finished up with classic adidas branding and the legendary Wales crest at the chest to sign off. Machine washable."
A spokesperson for JD said: "We have seen exceptionally strong demand for the Football Association of Wales kit as fans prepare for the World Cup. As a proud sponsor and official retail partner of the FAW, JD wishes the team all the success for the tournament."
