TRETHOMAS Bluebirds and Newport City return to Cymru South action on home soil this evening.
The pace-setting Bluebirds hunt their fifth league win on the spin when they take on Baglan Dragons in Ystrad Mynach.
Mark Dunford's side continue to exceed expectations as December approaches with a three-point lead over Pontypridd United and much-fancied Llanelli a further point back, albeit with a game in hand.
Trethomas won 3-1 against Baglan Dragons in the Nathaniel MG Cup in August thanks to goals by Andrew Evans, James Young and Thomas Gameson.
However, they certainly won't take their opponents from Port Talbot lightly; they have shared the spoils with both Ponty and Newport City of late.
The Steelmen needed a last-gasp Ethan Wynne equaliser to secure a share of the spoils on November 9.
Newport will hope that a break has done them good after a frustrating run of two draws and two defeats since they stunned Llanelli at the start of October.
They welcome one-from-bottom Taffs Well to Spytty Park, with Cwmbran Celtic hoping that it's a home win.
Celtic entertain Carmarthen Town on Saturday afternoon and have slipped into the drop zone with four defeats on the bounce, the last a 4-1 loss at bottom club Afan Lido.
They host mid-table Carmarthen before finishing November against Trethomas at Avondale Motor Park Arena.
Celtic are aiming to avoid dropping to Ardal SE, which is currently led by Treowen Stars.
The Newbridge side are three points ahead of Canton with a game in hand and can stretch that lead if they take the derby spoils against Risca United.
Treowen can put the pressure on the second-placed Cardiff club, who entertain Abertillery Bluebirds on Sunday.
