Stephen Jones wins the battle for the No 10 jersey with James Hook on the bench.
Former Newport Gwent Dragons scrum-half Gareth Cooper is preferred to Sale Sharks’ Dwayne Peel.
As expected, Jamie Roberts plays at 13, partnering Gavin Henson at inside centre.
And there are no Dragons in coach Warren Gatland’s 22-man squad to face the world champions.
