JASON Tovey was the last-gasp hero as the Dragons Under-20s made it two wins from two in the WRU Regional Championship in Narbeth.
The 19-year-old full-back scored a penalty with the last kick of the game to deny the Scarlets a share of the spoils.
Lock Sam Pailor crossed for a first-half score for the Dragons and hooker Craig Fillier added another after the break, with Tovey converting both and booting a first half penalty.
Both Pailor and Fillier had been drafted into the side that beat the Blues 13-12 in Ebbw Vale last week.
The victory means that the Dragons can take the title if they beat the Ospreys when they clash at Newport’s Rodney Parade on Wednesday, November 19.
