CROSS Keys let victory slip through their fingers when they conceded a last gasp try to Glamorgan Wanderers at Pandy Park.
Wanderers fly-half Scott Sneddon, a former Keys man, converted wing Steve Cullen's try to take the spoils 19-17.
Wing Nathan Trowbridge and hooker Lloyd Burns had earlier crossed for the hosts.
Pontypool endured a miserable afternoon when Llandovery scored 10 tries in a 68-21 thrashing.
Bottom club Pooler crossed for three tries of their own but did not gain any more league points.
Neither did fellow strugglers Ebbw Vale, who were beaten 21-3 at Bedwas.
It looks increasingly like a duel between the Steelmen and Pooler to avoid the drop.
