ROB and James Lewis are set for another first when they become the first twins to play for the Barbarians next Wednesday.
The 21-year-olds from Abergavenny will take to the field in the Baa-Baas’ clash against the Combined Services at Aldershot (kick-off 7.15pm).
It continues a family link with the world famous invitational side – their dad Steve played against Leicester in 1979 while their grandfather Ernie was a touch judge in the famous game with New Zealand at Cardiff Arms Park in 1973.
Rob and James became the first twins to represent Wales at senior rugby when they turned out at the Wellington Sevens in 2008.
The pair both came through the Dragons academy system and played together for Ebbw Vale in the Premiership before moving on in the summer.
Scrum-half Rob will be wearing the socks of London Welsh along with the famous black and white hoops next Wednesday while centre/wing James will don the blue of Coventry.
Former Newport Gwent Dragons wing Tal Selley, who recently moved to Division One West side Tonmawr, will also be playing as does former Wales full-back Craig Morgan.
