EBBW VALE bagged their first four-try bonus point of the season as they came back from a nightmare start to beat Glamorgan Wanderers this afternoon.
The Steelmen, whose Premiership relegation was confirmed in midweek, crossed for five tries (they had managed just 15 in 24 games before kick-off) in a 36-30 victory.
The Wanderers had their own four-try bonus in the bag after just 20 minutes but Ebbw fought back from 22-3 down.
Prop Aaron Coundley scored a hat-trick with lock Nick Eaves and centre Lloyd Phillips also crossing.
Pontypool ended their season on a losing note after going down 60-27 at Aberavon, though they did cross for four tries.
