NEWPORT Gwent Dragons ran in seven tries to rout Edinburgh 49-28 at Rodney Parade this afternoon.
All the tries came from the backs with wing Will Harries scoring a hat-trick and scrum-half Wayne Evans, centre Ashley Smith, wing Richard Fussell and full-back Martyn Thomas also getting on the scoresheet.
Edinburgh managed to cross the line four times themselves to grab a bonus point.
The five-point haul means the Dragons climb above Cardiff Blues into sixth in the Magners League table, four points back on fourth-placed Glasgow in the race for the play-offs.
