NEWPORT Gwent Dragons suffered Heineken Cup humiliation when they crashed to defeat at home to Glasgow on Sunday, meaning they had lost all six pool games for the first time.
They threw it away against the Scots after leading 16-6 with a quarter of the game left.
Glasgow ran in three second half tries, two of them by winger DT van der Merwe who exploited poor tackling.
The Dragons dominated the first half but failed to take their chances once again and all they had to show for their efforts was a penalty and dropped goal by Jason Tovey.
The outside half added another penalty and Aled Brew scored a try after the TMO was consulted, just missing out on two in the first half as well.
But the Dragons were rocked in the second half and ended up whitewashed in the competition - and Wales coach Warren Gatland was there to see it.
